Here are some things to avoid when Larping:

Breaking the rules or safety guidelines. Larping events typically have rules in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all players. Make sure you understand and follow these rules at all times.

Disrupting the immersion or story of the event. Larping is all about suspending disbelief and immersing yourself in a story. Avoid actions or behaviors that take other players out of the experience or break the "fourth wall."

Disrespecting other players or their characters. Remember that Larping is a collaborative activity and everyone is there to have fun. Be respectful of others and their characters, and avoid behavior that could be perceived as harassing or aggressive.

Neglecting your own safety. Larping can involve physical activity, so make sure to take care of your own well-being. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, stay hydrated, and follow any safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.

Focusing too much on winning or competition. While there may be certain objectives or goals in a Larping event, the main focus should be on the shared experience and enjoyment of the story. Don't get too caught up in trying to "win" or outdo others, and remember to have fun.

Being too serious. Larping is meant to be a fun and enjoyable activity. Don't take things too seriously and remember to have a good time.

In addition to the things to avoid that I mentioned earlier, here are a few more things to consider:

Not staying in character. One of the key aspects of Larping is staying in character and acting as if you are your character. This helps to create an immersive and believable experience for everyone involved. Avoid breaking character or "meta-gaming" (using out-of-character knowledge to make in-character decisions).

Being unprepared or disorganized. Larping events can involve complex stories and characters, so it's important to be prepared and organized. Make sure you have all the necessary gear and materials, and have a clear understanding of your character and their role in the story. Being unprepared can not only ruin your own experience, but it can also disrupt the experience of others.

Not respecting the event staff or organizers. Larping events are often run by dedicated volunteers who work hard to create a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. Respect the decisions and authority of the event staff and organizers, and follow their guidelines and instructions.

Neglecting your personal hygiene. While Larping can be an immersive and sometimes physically demanding activity, it's important to maintain good personal hygiene. Make sure to shower regularly, brush your teeth, and wear clean clothing to help create a pleasant experience for yourself and others.
