Broken Thrones Rulebook

I've been dragging my feet on the rulebook as it didn't feel like the right time to remake something. Today, changed everything. The original idea for Myths can now be applied to broken thrones. Good things coming!

Broken Thrones attempts to keep scoring easy and gameplay moving. LARP games that make this part too complex usually don't succeed. Over thousands of hours of games, we've revised this system to be as fair and efficient as possible. All characters should have 2 arms and 2 legs regardless of race. This is for safety and scoring. Your character extremities should not be a danger to you or anyone around you. How Your Character Dies The rule is simple - 3 strikes, your out. Your target areas are two limbs up to (arms and hands) and two limbs under your torso (legs). Any combo of 3 areas taking damage results in death. Age Guidelines Certain games may feature adult themes, gore, extreme violence reenactment, or horror that may not be appropriate for children. Therefore, we require that all players under the age of legal adulthood be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Additionally, game hosts must be at least 18 years old. Clothing Appropriateness Although we support freedom of expression through physical artistry, we must also be mindful of what is appropriate to wear in public.
