Feast and Tavern Menus Tavern Sunday Feast The Silver Tree Tavern will be offering a variety of snacks during the course of the event. Donations in the form of in game and out of game money will be greatly appreciated. Any and all adult beverages must be checked in and stored at the tavern. Should you drink of an adult beverage you will receive a yellow band to wear until dawn. Beverages to be Offered: Water Food to be Offered: Breads Various Cheeses Butter Chex Mix Trail Mix Sausage Nuts On behalf of the Crown and Maliostro Cavaldi we beg you welcome to the Grand Feast. Currently the menu is still in discussion, however the following is what will be offered so far: Chicken Booya: An upper peninsula traditional soup. It will have chicken, beef short ribs, turkey, and beef sausage, lots of veggies. Grilled Smoked Ham: 2-3 bone-in hams, depending on head count. Salmon Croquettes: Fried salmon fritters with sauce. Smoked Sausage Skewers: Beef sausage kebabs with onions, squash, tomatoes and onions. Grilled Vegetable Ragu: A salad of various grilled green vegetables. Squash, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus, and spinach, tossed with olive oil, garlic, and pesto. Grilled Potato Salad: Grilled potatoes, turnips, rutabaga, cauliflower and onions, with bacon and garlic. Cast Iron Crumble: Stewed apples, pears, golden raisins and cherries with a crispy oatmeal crumble topping. Might add a rice dish or couscous if the head count goes up. Depends on my ambition to laziness ratio. If I can find some nice flank steak or brisket on sale between now and then, I might do that too; slap it on the grill and then slice it up and serve it.
